Privacy Policy

What we collect

• What you type into the contact form: first and last name, company, email, links and your project description.
• Your first and last name and email, when you ask us to send you a recommendation, an estimate or a checklist.
• Your answers to the plan quiz and the cost estimator, and the result we show you.
• Payment details, which Stripe processes directly. We never see or store card numbers.
• Anonymous recordings of your visit: pages, clicks, scrolling and site errors. Anything you type into forms is hidden before it leaves your browser.

Providers

• Resend stores your contact details and sends our emails.
• PostHog measures visits and records sessions without cookies, without storing anything on your device and without linking them to your name or email. Recordings are analyzed automatically, including with AI tools, to find errors and confusing parts of the site.
• Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms from spam.
• Stripe processes payments.

We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How we use it

To reply to your request, send you what you asked for, run the project you hire us for and improve the site by fixing errors and the places where visitors get stuck. We only send marketing emails if you opt in and confirm your address through the link we email you (double opt-in).

How long we keep it

We keep subscribed contacts until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Contact-form leads who didn't subscribe to our emails are deleted after 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing tohello@codagh.com. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
